In short

How do I automatically generate a weekly security coverage and billable hours report?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the previous week's completed guard shifts from TrackTik, calculates billable hours by client and site, flags any contract shortfalls, logs the breakdown to Google Sheets, and posts a concise coverage summary to your management Slack channel so leadership tracks performance without manual spreadsheet work.

  • Management sees last week's billable hours by client every Monday without manual exports
  • Contract shortfalls are flagged before they become client disputes
  • A running Google Sheet builds a year-to-date coverage and performance record

Questions, answered

Does it send the report to clients automatically?

No. The coverage report is internal, delivered to your management Slack channel and Google Sheet only. Any client-facing reporting is a separate human decision.

How does it know the contracted hours for each site?

It reads the contracted hours from the site or post order records in TrackTik. If contracted hours are not recorded there, you can add them to the Google Sheet template so shortfalls are calculated correctly.

Can it cover multiple billing rates across different clients?

The report pulls hours by client and site as recorded in TrackTik. For billing rate calculations, your team applies the rates in the Google Sheet or in your invoicing system separately.
