Does WebRun pay staff their commission directly?
No. WebRun only calculates the tally and sends payroll a summary to review. Payroll still processes the actual payment through your normal pay run.
How does it handle returns or credit notes?
It deducts any return or credit note recorded against a sale in Qoyod before calculating commission, so nobody is paid commission on a sale that was later reversed.
Can it handle different commission rates per staff tier?
