Questions, answered

Will it send the email to subscribers automatically?

No. WebRun creates the campaign as a draft in Mailchimp and alerts you in Slack. The email is never scheduled or sent without the host reviewing the episode selection and campaign copy and approving it first.

How does it choose which episodes to repromote?

It ranks all episodes older than 90 days by lifetime download count in Buzzsprout and picks the top three. You can change the age threshold or the number of episodes included in the workflow settings.

How often does it run?

By default it runs on the first Monday of each month so your list gets a monthly evergreen touchpoint. You can change the cadence to bi-weekly or quarterly in the schedule settings.
