Questions, answered
Will it contact sponsors or send anything externally?
No. All alerts go internally to Slack and Gmail as a draft. WebRun never contacts a sponsor or sends anything externally. Any sponsor communication is written and sent by the host or producer.
How do I mark a read as recorded in the tracker?
Update the Status column in Google Sheets to Recorded once the read is done. WebRun checks that column each morning and automatically skips any row marked as Recorded.
What if I have a large volume of ad reads across several episodes?
WebRun lists every upcoming read in one Slack message, sorted by deadline, with reads due within 48 hours flagged at the top. You can filter or sort the Google Sheets tracker by episode or sponsor to manage a full calendar.
