In short

When is the best time to ask photography clients for a review?

WebRun checks Studio Ninja every morning for galleries delivered 4 to 6 days ago, the window when clients have viewed their photos but excitement is still fresh. It drafts a short review request text in Twilio with a direct link, and posts the ready to send list to Slack. You review and send each one, so review asks land at the best moment.

  • Review asks land in the sweet spot, after clients view but while still excited
  • Clients who already reviewed are skipped and flagged for a thank you instead
  • Every request is reviewed before it reaches a client's phone

Questions, answered

Will it text clients asking for a review automatically?

No. Every request is drafted in Twilio and listed in Slack for you first. WebRun never asks a client for a review until you send the draft yourself.

Why wait 4 to 6 days instead of asking right away?

Clients need time to actually view their gallery first. Waiting a few days catches them once they have seen and loved their photos, while the excitement is still fresh.

What if a client already left a review?

It checks for an existing review flag in Studio Ninja and skips that client, noting them separately so you can send a thank you instead of another ask.

Put this on autopilot.
