Automated Experian Health Coverage Discovery Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens Experian Health, reviews the coverage discovery results for accounts currently marked self-pay or uninsured, logs every newly found active insurance plan to Airtable with the payer, plan, and effective date, and posts a same-day alert to Slack so your billing team rebills the account before it ages into a write-off.

In short

How do I follow up when Experian Health finds coverage for a self-pay patient?

WebRun reviews Experian Health's coverage discovery results every morning for accounts marked self-pay or uninsured, catching any newly found active insurance plan. It logs the payer, plan, and effective date to Airtable and alerts your billing team in Slack the same day, so the account is rebilled against real coverage before it ages into a write-off.

  • Newly found coverage reaches billing the same day it is discovered
  • Accounts get rebilled against real insurance before timely filing expires
  • Every discovery is logged with payer and plan details, not just a headcount

Questions, answered

Does WebRun rebill the claim automatically?

No. It logs the discovery and alerts billing with the payer and plan details. Submitting the corrected claim is still a step your billing team takes.

How does it find coverage the patient didn't report?

It reads the result Experian Health's own coverage discovery search already produced against the account. WebRun does not run that search itself, only surfaces what came back.

What if the discovered coverage is close to expiring?

It is still logged and flagged, but timely filing deadlines are called out as urgent in Slack so billing prioritizes those first.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
