Automated Ideal Preseason Tune Up Outreach

Every Monday ahead of mowing and snow season, WebRun opens Ideal DMS, finds customers whose last tune up was over a year ago, drafts a Mailchimp campaign offering a preseason service slot, and posts your marketing channel in Slack so someone reviews and schedules the send.

In short

How do I remind customers it is time for a preseason tune up?

Ahead of each season, WebRun opens Ideal DMS and finds every customer whose mower or snow blower has gone a year without a tune up. It drafts a Mailchimp campaign offering a preseason slot and posts the link in Slack for your marketing team to review, so outreach goes out on schedule and nothing sends without a human check.

  • Overdue tune up customers get a preseason offer before the rush starts
  • Every campaign is drafted, never sent, until a person schedules it
  • Customers who already booked are automatically left off the list

Built for outdoor power equipment dealers · dealership marketing managers · service department managers · lawn and garden retailers

Questions, answered

Will it email customers without me approving it first?

No. WebRun only saves the campaign as a draft in Mailchimp. Nothing sends until you review the offer and schedule it yourself.

How does it decide who is overdue for a tune up?

It reads each unit's last service date in Ideal DMS and includes anyone with no tune up logged in the past 12 months, grouped by unit type.

Will it include customers who already booked?

No. It checks Ideal DMS for any tune up already scheduled or completed before building the list, so a customer who already booked will not get the offer.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
