In short

How do I get a daily summary of service department intake?

Every night, WebRun opens Ideal DMS and pulls every repair order opened that day. It logs each one to a Google Sheet with the unit, complaint, and assigned advisor, then posts your service manager a Slack summary of total intake, unit types, and current bay load, so the shop starts the next morning with a clear picture instead of a scramble.

  • Service managers start each morning with a clear picture of yesterday's intake
  • Overloaded advisors get flagged before the backlog grows
  • Every repair order is logged without anyone touching a spreadsheet by hand

Questions, answered

Does it change anything on the repair orders?

No. WebRun only reads and logs what is already in Ideal DMS. It does not edit a repair order, reassign an advisor, or change a status.

How far back does the daily digest look?

It only pulls repair orders opened since the start of that business day, so the digest reflects just today's intake, not a running backlog.

Can it flag an advisor who is overloaded?

Yes. It notes in the Slack summary any advisor carrying more than 5 open repair orders, so the service manager can rebalance the next day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
