In short

How do I automatically chase missing proof of delivery for ocean freight containers?

WebRun checks Terminal49 every morning for containers that have been picked up but still lack a proof of delivery, logs them in a Google Sheet with days outstanding, and drafts a chaser email in Gmail for each responsible party. You review and send the chasers yourself, so no message goes out without your approval.

  • No POD gap goes unnoticed because Terminal49 is checked every morning
  • Chaser drafts are ready to send in minutes rather than hours of manual research
  • Outstanding POD log gives you a clear audit trail of days elapsed per container

Questions, answered

Will it send the chaser emails without my approval?

No. Every chaser email is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for your review. Nothing is emailed to a freight forwarder or trucker until you read and send it yourself.

How far back does it look for missing PODs?

It checks containers that reached the full-out milestone within the past 14 days by default. You can adjust the lookback window when you set it up.

What if a POD was uploaded after the last run?

Terminal49 is checked live each morning, so any container whose POD has since been confirmed is skipped automatically and removed from the outstanding list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
