In short

How do I automatically draft supplier restock orders?

Every Monday, WebRun works out reorder quantities from Nextar stock on hand and sales velocity, then tracks each supplier's restock on a Trello card. It drafts the purchase order email in Gmail for every supplier with the products and quantities filled in and leaves it unsent, so you review and send it yourself before anything is ordered.

  • Reorder quantities are worked out from real sales velocity, not guesswork
  • A purchase order draft is ready for every supplier every Monday
  • Nothing is ordered until you review and send it yourself

Built for small retail shops · Nextar POS users · shop owners · inventory buyers

Questions, answered

Will it place the order without me?

No. It only drafts the purchase order email in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You review the quantities and click send, so nothing commits you to spend on its own.

How does it work out the quantity to order?

It looks at current stock on hand against each product's reorder point and recent sales velocity in Nextar, so the amount tracks how fast that product actually sells.

How do I track what's been ordered?

Each supplier gets a Trello card that moves to Done once their restock is confirmed received, so you always see what's outstanding.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
