Questions, answered
Does it book or schedule the inspection automatically?
No. WebRun flags which vehicles are due and posts a reminder to Slack so your team can schedule the inspection. Booking is done by your staff.
How far in advance does it alert for upcoming inspections?
By default it flags any vehicle due within the next 14 days, plus anything already overdue. You can adjust the lead time in your WebRun setup.
What if a vehicle has already been inspected this week?
WebRun reads the current inspection date in RouteGenie each run, so vehicles with a recent inspection will show an updated status and will not be flagged unnecessarily.
