Automated LinkedIn Key-Account Comments

Every morning, WebRun reads your key-account watchlist from a Google Sheet, follows those people and companies on LinkedIn, drafts a thoughtful comment whenever one posts about your topics, logs it to the sheet, and sends the draft to Telegram; when you approve it there, WebRun posts the comment to LinkedIn.

In short

How do I keep up with and comment on my key accounts on LinkedIn?

Every morning, WebRun reads your key-account watchlist from a Google Sheet and follows those accounts on LinkedIn, then drafts a thoughtful comment whenever one posts about your topics. Each draft is sent to Telegram, and only the ones you approve there are posted to LinkedIn, so you stay visible to the accounts you most want to win.

  • Stay visible to your most important accounts
  • Thoughtful, on-topic comments every time
  • You approve every comment in Telegram before it posts

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.linkedin.com/feed in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Read the topics that are worth commenting on
    • Use this sheet as the running log of your engagement with each account

Done when The watchlist and topics are loaded and the sheet is ready to log comments.

  3. 2
LinkedIn - follow accounts and draft a comment
    linkedin.com

    • Follow the LinkedIn accounts on your watchlist and read their new posts
    • Keep only posts about the topics you set
    • Draft a thoughtful comment that engages with the actual post, not a one-liner, write it into the sheet, and leave it unposted

Done when Each key-account post has a thoughtful drafted comment in the sheet, none posted yet.

  4. 3
Telegram - approve the draft, then it posts
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: approve the draft, then it posts
WebRun opens Telegram to approve the draft, then it posts.
    • Send each drafted comment to your Telegram chat with the account and the post
    • When you approve the draft in Telegram, post the comment to LinkedIn
    • Skip or hold anything you do not approve and note it in the sheet

Done when Only comments you approve in Telegram go live.

Questions, answered

Will it comment without my approval?

No. Every comment is drafted into your Google Sheet and sent to Telegram marked pending. WebRun posts to LinkedIn only after you approve the draft in Telegram, so nothing goes live until you say so.

How do I choose my key accounts?

You list the people and companies to follow and the topics that matter in your Google Sheet. WebRun watches only those accounts, so your queue stays focused on the relationships you want to build.

Will the comments be substantive?

Yes. WebRun drafts a thoughtful comment that engages with the actual post, not a generic 'great insight', and you approve each one so every comment adds value.

Put this on autopilot.
