In short

How can I automatically send a weekly content calendar digest to my team?

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Notion content calendar, pulls the week's scheduled posts and campaigns, compiles them into a formatted digest, sends it via Mailchimp to your marketing list, and posts a summary to Slack - so the whole team knows what is going live.

  • The whole team knows what is publishing each week without a meeting
  • The digest goes out automatically - no one has to compile it manually
  • Mailchimp and Slack are both updated from a single Notion source of truth

Questions, answered

Will it send the email without me reviewing it?

No. The Mailchimp campaign is saved as a draft - nothing is sent until you open it and click Send yourself.

What if we have no content scheduled for a week?

WebRun will still send a Slack note letting you know the calendar is empty, so gaps don't go unnoticed.

Can it pull from a different calendar tool?

The calendar source is configurable - swap Notion for any tool WebRun can read, such as a Google Sheet or Airtable base.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
