Questions, answered

Will it send emails to clients automatically?

No. WebRun drafts each outreach and leaves it in your Gmail drafts folder for you to review and send. No client ever receives an email without your explicit approval.

How does it know when a review is due?

It reads the last review date recorded in Vanilla for each client and flags anyone whose plan is more than 12 months old or coming due within 90 days.

What if a client already has a review scheduled?

WebRun reads the current status in Vanilla on each run, so clients with a scheduled or recently completed review are skipped automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
