Automated Estate Asset Inventory Gap Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens EstateExec, reviews the asset inventory for incomplete entries such as missing appraisal values or unknown ownership titles, logs each gap to a Google Sheet, and sends the executor an SMS via Twilio listing what still needs attention.

In short

How do I automatically track missing asset information in an estate inventory?

WebRun reviews your EstateExec asset inventory every Monday, finds every entry missing a valuation, title, or supporting document, and logs each gap to a Google Sheet. It then sends the executor an SMS via Twilio with a prioritized list of what still needs to be gathered, so the inventory stays complete.

  • Every asset gap is logged and tracked from the first weekly run
  • Executor gets an SMS nudge each Monday so gaps are never forgotten
  • New gaps are distinguished from carry-overs so priorities are clear

Questions, answered

Will it contact third parties like banks or appraisers automatically?

No. WebRun only reads the estate's own asset data in EstateExec and alerts you to the gaps. Contacting banks, appraisers, or any third party is your decision.

How does it know what information is missing?

EstateExec records each asset with fields for value, title, and documentation. WebRun checks for assets where any of these fields are blank or show no appraisal attached.

What if there are no gaps this week?

If every asset entry is complete, WebRun sends a short confirmation SMS instead of a gap list, so you know the check ran and the inventory is currently clean.

Put this on autopilot.
