nAbleIVF Automated Cryotank Position Audit

Every morning, WebRun opens nAbleIVF, reads the cryostorage inventory across every tank, cylinder, cane, and canister position, compares each recorded specimen to its expected slot, logs the full snapshot to a Google Sheet, and sends any position mismatch or empty-slot discrepancy to Telegram for the lab to reconcile.

In short

How do I automatically audit IVF cryostorage tank positions against my inventory records?

WebRun opens nAbleIVF each morning and reads the cryostorage inventory across every tank, cylinder, cane, and canister position. It compares each recorded sperm, egg, and embryo specimen to its expected slot, logs the full snapshot to a Google Sheet, and sends any mismatch or empty slot to Telegram, so your lab catches a misplaced specimen the same day.

  • A misplaced specimen is flagged the same day, not at the next full audit
  • The lab opens Telegram to a clean discrepancy list every morning
  • A full position-by-position inventory history builds up in one sheet

Built for IVF embryology labs · fertility clinic lab directors · cryostorage technicians · reproductive tissue banks

What does WebRun do on every run?

Opens www.nableivf.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  4. 3
    Telegram - report position discrepancies
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: report position discrepancies

    • Send a short discrepancy report to the lab Telegram channel
    • List each position mismatch, empty occupied slot, or unassigned specimen with its tank and cane
    • Put anything with no recorded position at the top so it is reconciled first

Done when The lab has today's cryostorage discrepancy list in Telegram.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it move or change anything in cryostorage?

No. WebRun only reads the recorded positions in nAbleIVF and reports discrepancies. It never edits an inventory record or reassigns a position. Any physical move or record correction stays a decision your embryology staff make and log by hand.

Is patient specimen data sent outside the clinic?

No. The Google Sheet and Telegram channel are your own internal workspaces on the allowlist. WebRun uses a patient identifier rather than name where you prefer, and no specimen or patient detail leaves your systems for an outside party.

What counts as a discrepancy?

A position mismatch, a slot recorded as occupied with no specimen, or a specimen with no assigned position. You can tune these rules to match your witnessing protocol, and WebRun flags each with its tank, cane, and canister so it is quick to check.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
