Does it contact patients about their embryos?
No. WebRun builds an internal worklist in Google Sheets and posts a summary to Slack for your team. It never emails or messages a patient about their disposition election. Any outreach about embryo disposition stays a clinical decision made by staff.
Does patient consent data leave the clinic?
No. The Google Sheet and Slack channel are your own internal workspaces on the allowlist. WebRun uses a patient identifier where you prefer, and no consent or embryo detail is shared with any outside party.
How far ahead does it warn about an expiring consent?
It flags consents expiring within 60 days by default and separately calls out any already lapsed or missing from the record. You can adjust the window to match your clinic's disposition and consent-renewal protocol.
