Questions, answered

Will it text the contractor without me?

No. WebRun drafts the SMS in Twilio and queues it for your approval. The heads-up only sends after you review it, so nothing reaches a contractor on its own.

How does it know a truck is close?

It reads the live GPS position and ETA in Trux for trucks that have left the plant, so the heads-up reflects where the trucks actually are, not just when they loaded out.

Can I set how far out it notifies?

Yes. You choose the ETA window, for example thirty minutes out, and WebRun drafts the heads-up as trucks cross that threshold, once per jobsite so the contractor is not spammed.
