Trux Automated Scale E-Ticket Generation

Through the day, WebRun watches Trux for new scale load-outs, reads the ticket weight, material, and truck, builds a clean e-ticket, logs it in Google Sheets, and drafts the ticket email to the contractor so you can review and send it.

In short

How do I automatically create an e-ticket every time a truck loads out at the scale?

WebRun watches Trux through the day for scale load-outs, reads the gross, tare, and net weight, and builds a complete e-ticket for each truck. It logs every ticket in Google Sheets and drafts the contractor email in Gmail, leaving it unsent so you review and release each ticket yourself.

  • Every load-out ticketed with certified scale weight in minutes
  • Contractor ticket emails drafted and ready to send after review
  • A clean logged record of net tons per truck for the day

Built for aggregate producers · dump truck haulers · quarry scale operators · material suppliers

Questions, answered

Will it email tickets to contractors without me?

No. WebRun builds each e-ticket and drafts the email in Gmail, but leaves it unsent for your review. Nothing reaches a contractor until you approve and send it.

Where does the ticket weight come from?

It reads the gross, tare, and net weight recorded at the scale in Trux, so the e-ticket carries the same certified weigh data your scale captured on load-out.

Can it handle many trucks loading out at once?

Yes. It runs every few minutes and processes each new load-out as it appears, marking every ticket as logged so no load is missed or counted twice.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
