Automated Xactware Carrier SLA Watchlist

Every morning, WebRun opens XactAnalysis on xactware.com, checks every open claim against its carrier SLA deadline, flags files at risk of breaching in the next 24 to 48 hours, and posts a ranked watchlist to your Telegram group so your team can prioritize action before a breach occurs.

In short

How do I automatically monitor carrier SLA deadlines in Xactware?

WebRun checks every open claim in XactAnalysis each morning against its carrier SLA deadline, ranks claims by time remaining, and posts a watchlist to your Telegram group. Claims fewer than 24 hours from breach are listed first so your team can prioritize action and prevent violations before they are recorded.

  • At-risk SLA claims identified 24 to 48 hours before breach, not after
  • Team starts each day with a ranked watchlist, most urgent claims first
  • No manual XactAnalysis filtering needed to find which files are at risk today

Built for claims managers · TPA operations teams · carrier claims directors · independent adjusting firms

Questions, answered

Does it automatically escalate breached SLAs to the carrier?

No. WebRun posts the watchlist to your internal Telegram group. Any escalation to the carrier is handled by your team after reviewing the list.

Where do the carrier SLA deadlines come from?

SLA targets are read from XactAnalysis, which stores them at the claim or carrier-program level. If your carrier SLAs are configured in XactAnalysis, WebRun reads them automatically.

Can it run a second alert if a breach actually occurs?

Yes. You can configure a second run later in the day that posts a separate alert for any claims that have now crossed their SLA deadline.
