Automated Xactware Claim Assignment Routing

Every morning, WebRun opens XactAnalysis on xactware.com, finds newly arrived unassigned claims, reads each claim's loss type, location, and estimated complexity, matches each file to the best-fit available adjuster based on current workload and specialty, and posts a routing recommendation list to your supervisor in Slack for quick approval and assignment.

In short

How do I automatically route new claim assignments to the right adjuster?

WebRun checks XactAnalysis every morning for newly arrived unassigned claims, reads each file's loss type, location, and complexity, and matches it against adjuster specialty and current workload. A routing recommendation for each claim is posted to your supervisor in Slack so new files are assigned by noon on day one.

  • New claims matched to the right adjuster on day one, not day three
  • Supervisors approve routing with one glance at Slack instead of manual triage
  • Adjuster workload balanced automatically across the team

Built for claims supervisors · TPA assignment teams · independent adjusting firm managers · carrier claims directors

    • Check the current open-claim count for each adjuster to identify capacity
    • Match each new claim to an adjuster with matching specialty and available capacity, flagging the top recommendation and a backup

Questions, answered

Will it assign claims in XactAnalysis automatically?

No. WebRun posts routing recommendations to the supervisor in Slack. The supervisor approves and makes the assignment in XactAnalysis. No claim is auto-assigned without a human decision.

How does it match claims to adjusters?

It reads each new claim's loss type and location against each adjuster's specialty and current open-file count in XactAnalysis to find the best available match.

What if no adjuster has capacity for a new claim?

WebRun flags the claim as needing capacity review in the Slack message and leaves the supervisor to decide whether to override, bring in a vendor, or hold the assignment.
