Automated Beverage Distributor Proof-of-Delivery Chaser

Every morning, WebRun opens VIP, finds deliveries marked as complete in the past 72 hours that do not have a confirmed proof of delivery on record, and posts a chase worklist to Slack for the operations team while logging each outstanding POD in a Google Sheets tracker.

In short

How do I automatically chase missing proof-of-delivery records in my beverage distribution operation?

WebRun scans VIP every morning for deliveries marked complete in the past 72 hours that are missing a signed proof of delivery, posts a driver-tagged chase worklist to your Slack operations channel, and logs each outstanding POD in Google Sheets for resolution tracking, so invoice disputes from missing PODs are caught and resolved before billing.

  • Missing PODs surfaced every morning before invoices can be disputed
  • Operations team has a driver-tagged Slack worklist without any manual delivery audit
  • POD resolution tracked in Google Sheets so nothing stays open longer than needed

Built for beverage distributors · operations teams · route managers · beer and wine wholesalers

Questions, answered

Will it contact the driver or account automatically to request the POD?

No. WebRun posts the chase worklist to your operations team, who then contact the driver or account. This keeps a human in the loop for every outbound communication.

What counts as a confirmed proof of delivery in VIP?

WebRun looks for deliveries that do not have a signed POD record attached in VIP. If your team uploads or confirms PODs through a different step, tell WebRun how to identify a confirmed record at setup.

How long does a delivery have before it triggers a chase?

The default is 48 hours after the delivery is marked complete. You can adjust this window at setup to match your team's standard operating procedure.

Put this on autopilot.
