Questions, answered
Will it email or text accounts automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the email and queues the SMS, but both require the assigned rep to review and approve before anything reaches the account. Nothing is sent without rep sign-off.
How does it calculate when an account is due for a reorder?
It looks at each account's last six orders in VIP to calculate their average reorder interval per SKU, then flags the account when the days since the last order exceeds that average.
What if an account has placed an order since the VIP pull ran?
WebRun reads live order history in VIP each run, so accounts that have placed a new order since the last Monday check are excluded automatically.
