How do I get automatic low-stock alerts from my bar POS inventory?
WebRun scans SpotOn's beverage inventory every morning, compares each spirit, beer, wine, and mixer against its reorder point, and sends the bar manager a Telegram alert listing everything that needs restocking. Managers see critical low-stock items ranked first, so nothing runs out before a busy weekend night.
- Critical spirits and kegs are flagged before the evening rush, not during it
- Bar managers receive a ranked low-stock list in Telegram each morning
- All-clear nights are confirmed automatically, saving manual inventory checks
Built for bar managers · nightclub owners · beverage directors · multi-venue operators

Questions, answered
Does it place orders with distributors automatically?
No. WebRun only sends an internal Telegram alert identifying what needs to be ordered. Placing purchase orders with your distributors requires manager action and is never done automatically.
How do I set par levels and reorder points in SpotOn?
Par and reorder points are configured directly in SpotOn's inventory settings for each item. WebRun reads those values each morning and uses them as the threshold for flagging low stock.
Can it track kegs separately from bottled beer?
Yes. SpotOn inventory supports separate line items for kegs and bottles. Set distinct reorder points for each, and WebRun will flag them individually based on their own thresholds.
