How do I automatically send a confirmation after booking a wedding vendor?
WebRun checks Aisle Planner every few minutes for vendors newly marked as booked, then drafts a confirmation follow-up email in Gmail restating the wedding date, service, and agreed price. It pings you on Telegram with a link to the draft, so every booking gets a written confirmation while the details are still fresh.
- Every vendor booking gets a written confirmation within minutes, not days
- Price and service details are on record before memories fade
- Fewer disputes over what was actually agreed with a vendor

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email the vendor without my approval?
No. The confirmation follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft only. WebRun never sends it until you open the draft and send it yourself.
Why does it check every few minutes instead of once a day?
Booking details are freshest right after you confirm a vendor. Checking every few minutes means the confirmation draft is ready while the conversation is still top of mind.
What if I book a vendor verbally and log it later?
The draft is only created once the vendor's status is updated to booked in Aisle Planner, so log the booking as soon as it happens to get a timely confirmation.
