In short

How do I let customers know their special-order shoes are ready?

WebRun opens Runit every morning, finds special orders that have arrived, and matches each to its customer profile. It drafts a warm pickup email in Gmail naming the exact shoe and size, held unsent for staff approval, then posts a Slack summary, so customers hear their order is ready only after a person approves the message.

  • Special orders get collected faster with a timely, personal message
  • Staff approve every customer email before it sends
  • Aging orders are flagged so nothing sits behind the counter for weeks

Built for running specialty stores · footwear retailers · shoe store staff · specialty shoe shops

Questions, answered

Will it email customers without my approval?

No. Every pickup message is saved as a Gmail draft and held for staff to review. Nothing reaches a customer until a person reads it and clicks send.

How does it know which shoe each customer ordered?

It reads the special order in Runit, including style, size, width and color, and matches it to the customer profile, so the draft names the exact pair waiting at the counter.

What if an order has not actually arrived yet?

It only picks orders marked received and ready for pickup in Runit each morning, so a customer is never told to come in before their shoes are on the shelf.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
