Automated SCADA Water Haul Scheduling

Every few minutes, WebRun reads current SCADA tank levels from your monitoring sheet, finds produced-water tanks approaching their haul trigger, creates an intelligently timed haul order in Engage Mobilize for each one, and sends dispatch a Telegram note of the new orders and the tanks to watch next.

In short

How do I automatically schedule water hauls from SCADA tank levels?

Every few minutes, WebRun reads SCADA tank levels from your monitoring sheet, finds produced-water tanks nearing their haul trigger, and creates an intelligently timed haul order in Engage Mobilize for each, sized so the load is full but the tank does not overflow. It then sends dispatch a Telegram note of new orders and tanks to watch.

  • Trucks roll before tanks top out, cutting overflow risk
  • Loads are timed to fill fully, reducing costly short hauls
  • Dispatch sees new orders and the next tanks to watch every few minutes

Built for produced water haulers · oilfield dispatchers · SWD logistics teams · oil and gas operators

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.engagemobilize.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Google Sheets - read SCADA tank levels
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: read SCADA tank levels
WebRun reads current SCADA tank levels from the monitoring sheet.
    • Open the SCADA tank-level sheet that mirrors your telemetry feed
    • Read the current level, fill rate, and capacity for each produced-water tank
    • Flag tanks whose projected level crosses the haul trigger before the next likely truck arrival

Done when Every tank approaching its haul trigger is identified with a projected time to full.

  3. 2
Engage Mobilize - create timed haul orders
    engagemobilize.com
WebRun in Engage Mobilize: create timed haul orders
WebRun creates intelligently timed haul orders in Engage Mobilize.
    • Open Engage Mobilize and create a water-haul order for each flagged tank
    • Set the pickup window using the tank's fill rate and historical haul timing so the load is full but not overflowing
    • Attach the lease, tank ID, and estimated barrels, and avoid duplicating an order that is already open for that tank

Done when A single, optimally timed haul order exists in Engage Mobilize for every flagged tank.

  4. 3
Telegram - brief dispatch on new orders
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: brief dispatch on new orders
WebRun briefs dispatch on new haul orders via Telegram.
    • Send dispatch a Telegram note listing the new haul orders with tank, lease, and pickup window
    • Include the tanks projected to hit their trigger next so dispatch can plan the route
    • Flag any tank filling faster than usual that may need a priority truck

Done when Dispatch has a Telegram note of the new orders and the tanks to watch next.

Questions, answered

How does it pick the pickup time?

WebRun uses each tank's current SCADA level, fill rate, and your historical haul timing to schedule the load so the truck arrives when the tank is full but before it overflows. It aims to cut short loads and avoid spills.

Will it create duplicate orders for the same tank?

No. Before creating an order, WebRun checks Engage Mobilize for an open haul on that tank. If one already exists, it skips the tank and simply keeps watching the level on the next run.

What if a tank is filling faster than normal?

WebRun flags any tank filling faster than its usual rate in the Telegram note and can set a tighter pickup window so dispatch can send a priority truck before the tank reaches capacity.
