It reads the live registration status in LeagueApps each morning, so only genuinely incomplete or unpaid signups are included. Anyone who completed overnight is skipped.
Can it remind the same family more than once?
It respects a 3-day cooldown per family, so no one receives multiple reminders in quick succession. You can adjust that window to match your league's policy.
