Automated FieldServio PM Contract Renewals

Every Monday, WebRun opens FieldServio, finds PM contracts expiring within 60 days, checks each customer's billing and payment history in QuickBooks to flag good-standing renewals versus overdue accounts, and posts a ranked pipeline to Slack so account managers call the easiest and most at-risk renewals first.

In short

How do I track and prioritize which PM service contracts are coming up for renewal?

WebRun checks FieldServio every Monday for PM contracts expiring within 60 days, checks each customer's payment history in QuickBooks to separate good-standing accounts from past-due ones, and posts a ranked renewal pipeline to Slack with the account manager tagged. No expiring contract sits unnoticed, and account managers know which calls are a simple renewal and which need a payment conversation first.

  • No PM contract expires unnoticed with 60 days of runway to renew
  • Account managers call good-standing renewals and past-due accounts differently, not the same script
  • Renewal pipeline is ranked and assigned automatically every Monday

Questions, answered

Will it contact the customer about their contract renewal?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for your account managers to work. It never emails or calls the customer on its own, the renewal conversation stays with your team.

Why does it check QuickBooks payment history before ranking the list?

So account managers know which renewals are a straightforward call and which accounts need a payment conversation first. A past-due account gets flagged separately instead of getting the same renewal pitch as a customer in good standing.

What happens to a contract that already renewed?

It reads the live contract end date in FieldServio each Monday, so a contract already renewed for another term is skipped automatically and does not reappear on the list.

Put this on autopilot.
