Jirav Automated Business Driver Anomaly Flags

Every weekday morning, WebRun opens Jirav, reads your key business drivers including conversion rates, headcount productivity, unit economics, and cost drivers against their expected ranges, and sends a Telegram message to your finance team listing any metric that has moved outside its normal band, so anomalies are flagged and investigated the same day.

In short

How do I automatically flag business driver anomalies from Jirav each day?

WebRun reads your key business drivers from Jirav every weekday morning, compares each metric against its expected range, and sends a Telegram message to your finance team listing any driver that has moved outside normal bounds. No manual monitoring is needed, and anomalies are flagged the same day they appear so your team can investigate immediately.

  • Driver anomalies caught and flagged the same day they appear
  • Daily all-clear or alert delivered to finance team without manual checks
  • Custom deviation thresholds keep alerts meaningful and low-noise

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.jirav.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Jirav - read business drivers and actuals vs expected range
    jirav.com
WebRun in Jirav: read business drivers and actuals vs expected range
WebRun opens Jirav to read business drivers and actuals vs expected range.
    • Open Jirav and navigate to the business driver metrics view
    • Read each key driver's current value against its expected range or prior-period baseline: conversion rates, revenue per head, CAC, unit economics, and cost ratios
    • Flag any driver where the current value deviates by more than 15 percent from the expected range or shows a directional shift of two or more consecutive periods

Done when All key business drivers have been read and anomalies identified with the current value, expected range, and deviation percentage.

  3. 2
Telegram - send anomaly flags to finance team
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: send anomaly flags to finance team
WebRun opens Telegram to send anomaly flags to finance team.
    • Send a Telegram message to your finance team group listing each flagged driver with its name, current value, expected range, and deviation
    • Order the flags from largest deviation to smallest so the most critical anomalies appear first
    • If no anomalies are detected, send a brief all-clear message confirming the check ran cleanly

Done when Finance team has received a Telegram message with all anomaly flags for today, or an all-clear confirmation.

Questions, answered

How does it define an anomaly for each driver?

WebRun compares each driver's current value to the expected range you define in your setup, defaulting to a 15 percent deviation threshold or two consecutive periods of directional movement. You can set custom thresholds per driver before the first run so alerts match your business context.

Which business drivers does it monitor in Jirav?

By default WebRun monitors conversion rates, revenue per head, customer acquisition cost, unit economics, and key cost ratios. During setup you specify which Jirav driver views to read, so monitoring covers exactly the metrics your FP and A team cares about.

Will it take any action on a flagged anomaly?

No. WebRun only reads data from Jirav and sends a Telegram flag to your team. It never modifies Jirav records, adjusts budgets, or takes corrective action. Your team investigates and decides what to do once they receive the alert.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
