Automated JobNimbus Fencing Install Photo Tracking
Every night, WebRun scans JobNimbus for all fencing jobs marked complete today, checks each for required completion photos, and writes a log to Google Sheets flagging any jobs still missing photos so nothing slips into billing without documentation.
How do I automatically track install completion photos for my fencing jobs?
WebRun scans JobNimbus every night for fencing jobs marked complete that day, checks each job for required install photos, and writes a Google Sheets log with a clear status for every completed job, flagging any that are still missing images so your team can follow up before invoicing.
- No completed fencing job goes to invoicing without required documentation
- Missing photos are flagged overnight before the next morning's billing review
- A complete install photo log is maintained automatically in Google Sheets
Built for fencing contractors · deck builders · fence company project managers · field service teams

Questions, answered
Will it contact the crew to request missing photos?
No. WebRun flags missing photos in Google Sheets for your review. Any crew follow-up is done by your team after checking the log each morning.
Which photos does it check for?
It checks for any photos uploaded to the job's Files or Photos tab in JobNimbus. If you specify required photo labels (before, during, after) during setup, it verifies those specifically.
Can it block an invoice from going out until photos are uploaded?
WebRun surfaces the missing-photo flag in Google Sheets as a workflow gate. The actual invoice block is handled by your billing process, not automatically by WebRun.
