Automated Auto Lending Delinquency Bucket Worklist

Every morning, WebRun reviews the active loan portfolio in RouteOne, pulls all delinquent accounts, sorts them into 30-, 60-, and 90-plus-day buckets, cross-references outstanding balances in QuickBooks, and posts each collector a personalized Slack worklist prioritized by risk and balance.

In short

How do I automatically build a daily delinquency worklist for my collections team?

WebRun pulls delinquent accounts from RouteOne every morning, sorts them into 30-, 60-, and 90-plus-day buckets, confirms outstanding balances in QuickBooks, and posts each collector a prioritized Slack list before the day starts. Collectors open Slack to a ready-made worklist ranked by severity and balance.

  • Collectors start each day with a ranked worklist in Slack rather than building one manually
  • 90-plus-day accounts surface at the top of each list so the highest-risk balances are called first
  • Accounts brought current overnight are automatically excluded from the day's list

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.routeone.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Separate accounts into 30-day, 60-day, and 90-plus-day delinquency buckets

Done when Every delinquent account is bucketed by days past due with its core details captured.

  3. 2
    QuickBooks - cross-reference outstanding balances
    • Open QuickBooks and look up the outstanding balance and payment history for each delinquent account
    • Flag accounts where the outstanding balance exceeds your high-risk threshold
    • Note any promises to pay or prior arrangements logged against the account

Done when Each delinquent account has its outstanding balance and risk flag confirmed.

  4. 3

    • Post only to internal Slack channels or DMs, never contact the borrower directly

Done when Every collector has today's delinquency worklist in Slack, sorted by priority.

Questions, answered

Will it contact borrowers about their overdue payments?

No. WebRun only posts internal Slack worklists to your collectors. Any outreach to a borrower is made by a human after reviewing their assigned list.

How does it decide which accounts each collector gets?

You configure the collector assignment rules during setup, such as by account range or portfolio segment, and WebRun routes each account to the right person every morning.

What if an account made a payment overnight?

It reads the live payment status from RouteOne and QuickBooks each run, so accounts that were brought current overnight are automatically excluded from the day's worklist.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
