Automated Feed Reorder Drafts

Every morning, WebRun opens Innovasea Farm360, checks each feed type's stock on hand against recent daily usage, works out days of feed left, drafts a reorder email to the supplier in Gmail for any feed below your reorder point, and flags it in Slack for you to review before it goes out.

In short

How do I get a feed reorder drafted before I run low?

Every morning, WebRun opens Innovasea Farm360 and checks each feed type's stock against recent daily usage to work out days remaining. For any feed below your reorder point, it drafts a supplier reorder in Gmail, leaves it unsent, and flags it in Slack, so you approve and send every order while never running the store down unnoticed.

  • Feed reorders are drafted before stock runs low, never after
  • Every order waits for your approval before it is sent
  • Days of feed remaining is tracked per feed type each morning

Questions, answered

Will it send the reorder to the supplier without me?

No. WebRun drafts the reorder email in Gmail and leaves it unsent, then flags it in Slack. You review the quantity and supplier and send it yourself, so nothing is ordered on its own.

How does it know a feed type is running low?

It divides Farm360 stock on hand by recent daily usage to get days of feed remaining, and drafts a reorder only when a feed type falls below the reorder point you set.

Can it match how we usually write to the supplier?

Yes. Give WebRun a tone or a past order email and it drafts the reorder in your usual wording, with the feed type, quantity, and delivery site filled in for your review.

Put this on autopilot.
