Automated MedVision IDT Meeting Notes Digest

Every Monday, WebRun opens MedVision QuickCap, reads the interdisciplinary team notes and action items logged for each participant, builds a running log in Google Sheets, and posts a Slack digest so the IDT knows exactly who owns each follow up this week.

In short

How do I turn PACE IDT meeting notes into a weekly team action list?

WebRun reads the interdisciplinary team notes logged in MedVision QuickCap every Monday, pulls out each participant's new action items and follow up owners, and logs them to a Google Sheet tracker. It then posts a Slack digest grouped by discipline with owners tagged, so nursing, social work, and therapy always know what this week's IDT expects of them.

  • Every IDT action item has an owner and a due date instead of living only in meeting notes
  • Discipline leads get their weekly follow ups in Slack within minutes of the run
  • No participant's care plan follow up is forgotten between IDT meetings

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in a participant's care plan?

No. WebRun only reads the IDT notes already entered in MedVision QuickCap and organizes the action items into a tracker and a digest. Every clinical decision and care plan edit stays with the IDT.

Will action items get lost between meetings?

No. Each item stays on the tracker with its owner and target date until QuickCap shows it resolved, so nothing quietly drops off the list between weekly meetings.

Does it share participant details outside the team?

No. The digest posts only to your internal IDT Slack channel. Nothing about a participant's health or care plan leaves your organization's own tools.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
