How long does a machine need to be offline before an alert fires?
You configure the threshold in WebRun. The default is machines that have not reported for more than 60 minutes. Adjust it to match your Cantaloupe telemetry polling interval.
Will I get spammed with repeated alerts for the same machine?
No. WebRun tracks which machines were already alerted and only fires again if the machine comes back online and then drops again, keeping your Telegram channel readable.
Does it contact the machine location or building management?
No. WebRun only alerts your internal Telegram group. Any outreach to the location is left for your team to handle after reviewing the alert.
