Automated Cantaloupe Commission Statement Drafts

On the first Monday of each month, WebRun opens Cantaloupe Seed Pro, pulls the prior month's sales totals for every commission-eligible location, calculates the commission owed at each account's agreed rate, and writes draft statements to a Google Sheet for your team to review and approve before sending to location managers.

In short

How do I automatically draft monthly commission statements for vending machine locations?

WebRun pulls prior month sales from Cantaloupe Seed Pro on the first Monday of each month, calculates the commission owed for every eligible location at its agreed rate, and writes draft statements to Google Sheets. Your team reviews and approves each statement before sending, so nothing goes to a location manager without a human check.

  • Monthly commission statements are drafted automatically without manual Cantaloupe exports
  • Human approval is required before any statement reaches a location manager
  • Commission errors are caught during review before they damage location relationships

Built for vending operators · accounting managers · route managers · convenience service operators

Questions, answered

Will it send commission statements to location managers automatically?

No. WebRun writes draft statements to Google Sheets and marks them as DRAFT. Your team reviews and approves each statement before sending. Nothing is emailed or delivered to location managers without your sign-off.

Where does it get each location's commission rate?

It reads the commission rates configured in Cantaloupe Seed Pro for each account. If you manage commission rates outside Cantaloupe, you can maintain a rate table in the Google Sheet and WebRun will reference it.

What if a location's sales data is incomplete because of a machine outage?

The statement is flagged with a note if any machine at that location had offline periods during the month. Your team can review the outage impact before approving the statement.
