Automated Cantaloupe Daily Sales Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Cantaloupe Seed Pro, pulls the prior day's total sales for every machine on your routes, organizes the numbers by machine and route, and posts a digest to your operations Slack channel so managers and dispatchers have yesterday's revenue at a glance before the day begins.

In short

How do I get a daily sales summary for all my vending machines automatically?

WebRun opens Cantaloupe Seed Pro every morning, pulls the prior day's sales for every machine, organizes the numbers by route, and posts a clean digest to your Slack ops channel. Managers see yesterday's fleet-wide revenue and each machine's totals before 7:30 AM without logging into Cantaloupe themselves.

  • Managers see fleet-wide revenue every morning without logging into Cantaloupe
  • Zero-revenue machines are flagged for investigation before drivers leave
  • Route-level sales trends are visible daily instead of in monthly reviews

Built for vending operators · route managers · operations directors · convenience service companies

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.cantaloupe.com/products/software/seed-pro in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Questions, answered

Can it break sales down by product as well as by machine?

The default digest shows machine-level totals to keep the Slack post readable. A more detailed product-level breakdown can be written to Google Sheets in a companion workflow.

What if a machine had no sales yesterday?

Zero-revenue machines are included in the digest and flagged so managers can investigate whether the machine was offline, out of stock, or in a low-traffic location.

Does it send anything to machine locations or location managers?

No. The digest is an internal Slack post for your ops team only. No messages go to external locations or contacts.
