Automated Pawn Shop Layaway Payment Reminders
Every morning, WebRun opens Bravo Store Systems, finds layaway accounts whose next payment is due within three days, drafts a friendly reminder for each customer with the amount owed and due date, and stages every draft in Slack so staff can review and approve before anything leaves the shop.
How can I automatically remind layaway customers about upcoming payments?
WebRun opens Bravo Store Systems every morning to find layaway accounts with payments due within three days, drafts a personalized reminder for each customer in Gmail, and posts the full queue to Slack for staff approval. No message is sent automatically, giving your team full control over every customer communication.
- Layaway customers are reminded before every payment deadline, reducing missed payments

Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to layaway customers without staff approval?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and held for review. Nothing reaches a customer until a staff member opens the draft and clicks Send. The Slack summary shows exactly which drafts are waiting and how urgent each one is.
What if a customer already made their payment?
WebRun reads live layaway account status from Bravo Store Systems each morning. Any account that already received a payment before the daily run is skipped automatically and no draft is created for it.
Can it customize the reminder message for each customer?
Yes. Each draft is personalized with the customer name, item description, and amount due. Provide WebRun with a preferred tone or a sample message and it will follow your shop's voice and policy wording.
