Questions, answered
Does it include patient contact details or clinical notes in the Slack message?
No. The digest includes only patient names, appointment times, and visit types. No contact information, diagnosis, or clinical notes are posted to Slack, keeping the message appropriate for an internal channel.
What happens if an appointment is added or cancelled after the morning run?
The digest reflects the schedule at the time it runs. Schedule changes after 7:00 AM will not be reflected until the next run. Your team can still open Fusion Web Clinic directly for real-time updates.
Can it post to a different Slack channel for each therapist?
The default setup posts to one shared clinic channel. During setup you can point the digest at a different channel or add per-therapist direct messages if your workspace prefers that structure.
