Questions, answered
Will it send review requests to clients without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts each review request and alerts your team in Slack. A team member reviews and approves every message before it goes to a client, so your business controls what clients receive and no request goes out for a job that had issues.
How does it avoid asking the same client twice?
WebRun tracks which clients have received a review request in the last 90 days and skips them automatically on each run, so no client is asked more than once per review period.
What if a job had a problem or the client seemed unhappy?
It only includes jobs marked as completed and satisfied in Housecall Pro. If a job has a complaint note or a negative rating, it is excluded from the review request run so you never ask an unhappy client for a public review.
