Automated Change Order Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens D-Tools to find change orders that have not yet been signed, drafts a DocuSign send for each one for project manager review, and posts a Slack alert listing unsigned change orders by project so nothing gets installed without written approval.
How do I automatically track and chase unsigned AV change orders?
Every morning, WebRun scans D-Tools for unsigned change orders, prepares a DocuSign draft envelope for each one, and posts a Slack alert to your project team with the list sorted by urgency. Project managers review and send each envelope with one click, so no scope change proceeds without a paper trail.
- No change order proceeds without a signed document on file
- Project managers start each day with DocuSign drafts ready to send in one click
- Urgent change orders outstanding more than 5 days are flagged prominently in Slack
Built for AV installers · custom integrators · AV project managers · commercial AV contractors

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the DocuSign envelope to the client automatically?
No. WebRun saves each envelope as a DocuSign draft for your project manager to review before sending. No document goes to a client without human approval, keeping your team in control of every contractual communication.
What happens if a change order gets signed while the run is happening?
WebRun reads the live status in D-Tools and DocuSign at run time. Any change order that was signed before the run completes is excluded from the alert, so your team only sees genuinely outstanding items.
Which change order statuses does it flag?
It flags change orders with a status of Draft, Pending, or Sent but not countersigned. Fully executed and voided change orders are excluded automatically on every run.
