Automated AV Equipment ETA Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens D-Tools to compare equipment ETAs against scheduled install dates, logs any at-risk or late items in a Google Sheets delay tracker, and posts a Slack alert to your project team so they can act before a missing part stops a job.
How do I track AV equipment ETAs and get alerted to delays before an install?
Every morning, WebRun checks D-Tools equipment ETAs against each project's install date, logs any at-risk or late items in a Google Sheets tracker, and posts a Slack alert to your team. Project managers know about a potential job stoppage hours before it becomes one.
- Equipment delays surface the morning they appear, not the day of the install
- Project managers get a grouped Slack alert sorted by urgency every morning
- The Google Sheets delay log gives a running record for supplier conversations

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact suppliers automatically about late orders?
No. WebRun flags delays internally in Google Sheets and Slack so your team can decide how to respond. Supplier outreach stays with your team, ensuring no unintended commitments or premature escalations.
How close to the install date does it start flagging items?
By default it flags any item arriving within 3 days of or after the scheduled install start. You can adjust that threshold to match your own lead-time requirements.
What if an ETA has already been updated in D-Tools?
WebRun reads live ETA data from D-Tools on each run, so items whose ETAs have been updated and are no longer at risk are automatically excluded from the day's alert.
