In short

How do I get notified of newly docketed USPTO trademark deadlines automatically?

Every morning, WebRun opens Alt Legal, finds the USPTO deadlines newly auto-docketed since the last run, and captures each mark, type, and due date. It adds a dated hold to Google Calendar and sends the responsible attorney a Telegram notice, so every new USPTO deadline is on the calendar and seen the day it lands.

  • New USPTO deadlines are on the calendar the day they dock
  • The responsible attorney is notified of only what is new
  • Nothing on the docket is changed without a person

Questions, answered

Does it change the docket in Alt Legal?

No. WebRun only reads the deadlines Alt Legal has already auto-docketed from the USPTO. It adds calendar holds and sends a notice, so nothing on the docket is edited or removed without a person doing it.

How does it know a deadline is new?

WebRun compares today's docketed deadlines against the last run and reports only what appeared since, so the attorney sees genuinely new USPTO deadlines rather than the whole docket every morning.

Is the attorney notice sent externally?

The notice goes only to your own attorney's internal Telegram, not to any client, so it can send automatically each morning without exposing anything outside the firm.
