In short

How can my pediatric practice automatically follow up on no-show appointments?

WebRun checks Office Practicum every afternoon for appointments marked as no-show, drafts a re-scheduling message for each family, and logs every draft in Google Sheets and Gmail for your front desk to review. No message reaches a family until a staff member approves and sends it.

  • No-show families receive a timely re-scheduling prompt without staff manually drafting each message
  • Front desk reviews all drafts before sending, keeping the practice in control
  • Every no-show is logged with outreach status for accountability

Questions, answered

Will it contact families automatically?

No. Every re-scheduling message is drafted and left for a staff member to review in Gmail Drafts before anything is sent. No patient-facing communication goes out on its own.

What patient information does it access?

It reads appointment status, appointment type, and contact details already in Office Practicum. It does not export or store clinical notes or diagnoses.

What if a family already rescheduled on their own?

Staff reviewing the Gmail drafts can delete any that are no longer needed before sending. The sheet log also lets your front desk track which families have responded.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
