Automated NEMT Overdue Invoice Chasing
Every Monday, WebRun opens QuickBooks, finds invoices past their due date, drafts a polite payment reminder email for each overdue broker or facility, queues every draft in Gmail for billing staff review, and posts a chase list to Slack so nothing ages without a follow-up.
How do I automatically chase overdue invoices for my NEMT business?
WebRun opens QuickBooks every Monday, identifies all overdue broker and facility invoices, and drafts a polite payment reminder email in Gmail for each account. The full chase list is posted to Slack with amounts and days overdue, and no reminder is sent until a billing staff member reviews and approves the drafts.
- Overdue invoices are chased every Monday without billing staff manually pulling QuickBooks reports
- Large balances are flagged for individual attention before a generic reminder goes out
- Every reminder is reviewed by a human before it reaches a broker or facility
Built for NEMT billing managers · medical transport finance teams · paratransit accounts receivable

Questions, answered
Will it send payment reminders without staff approval?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft. Billing staff review the chase list in Slack and decide which drafts to send. Nothing goes out automatically.
What happens with very large overdue balances?
Invoices above a threshold you set are flagged with high priority in the Slack chase list so a staff member can give them individual attention before sending the reminder.
Does it work with broker accounts as well as facility invoices?
Yes. It reads all overdue invoices from QuickBooks regardless of customer type, so both broker accounts and facility invoices appear in the same chase list.
