Questions, answered
Is this an internal report or does it go to customers?
It is internal only. WebRun appends the totals to your Google Sheet and sends the summary to your own Telegram channel. Nothing is sent to drivers or customers, so the end-of-day digest can post automatically.
How does it avoid double counting a load?
It counts only loads marked delivered in M2X for that day and notes any load still open, so a load in progress at night is not tallied twice when it completes the next day.
Can it break the totals down by customer as well as driver?
Yes. WebRun tallies loads, head, and miles both by driver and by customer, writes both breakdowns to the Google Sheet, and highlights the top drivers and customers in the Telegram summary.
