In short

How do skilled nursing facilities automatically track upcoming MDS assessment due dates?

Every morning, WebRun opens PointClickCare and finds every MDS assessment with an ARD falling in the next seven days. It logs each one to a Google Sheet sorted by urgency and posts a prioritized Slack digest to your MDS coordinator so assessment deadlines are visible and actionable every day.

  • No MDS assessment ARD is missed thanks to a daily seven-day lookout
  • The MDS coordinator opens Slack each morning to a ranked, actionable list
  • Completed assessments are automatically excluded from the daily digest

Built for MDS coordinators · skilled nursing facility administrators · SNF directors of nursing · long-term care compliance teams

Questions, answered

Does it submit the MDS to iQIES automatically?

No. WebRun tracks due dates and flags upcoming assessments. The MDS coordinator completes and submits each assessment in PointClickCare. WebRun ensures nothing is forgotten, but it does not file submissions on its own.

Which MDS assessment types does it cover?

It looks for all scheduled assessment types visible in PointClickCare, including 5-day, 14-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, quarterly, and annual assessments. You can limit it to specific types if needed.

What if an assessment is already completed?

It checks the completion status in PointClickCare each morning and skips assessments already marked as complete, so your Slack list only shows items still outstanding.
