Automated Jobber Septic Missed Appointment Alerts
Every afternoon, WebRun checks Jobber for jobs that were scheduled earlier in the day but remain unfinished or unvisited, posts an immediate alert to your Slack channel, and drafts a reschedule SMS via Twilio for each affected client to be approved before sending.
How do I automatically follow up when a septic appointment is missed?
WebRun checks Jobber every afternoon for jobs not completed during their scheduled window, posts a same-day alert to Slack for dispatch, and drafts a reschedule SMS via Twilio for each affected client. All client messages require human approval before sending, so dispatch can verify the situation and decide the best next step.
- Missed appointments are flagged to dispatch the same afternoon, not the next day
- Reschedule drafts are ready for approval within minutes of the missed window
- Repeat missed appointments for the same client are escalated automatically

No. All reschedule messages are drafted and queued in Twilio. A team member must review and approve each message before it is sent to a client.
What counts as a missed appointment?
Any job scheduled for earlier in the day that is still showing as not completed or not started in Jobber by 2:30 PM is flagged as missed.
What if the technician is just running late and will complete the job today?
