Automated Heavy Haul Lane Capacity Digest

Every Monday, WebRun opens ProMiles to review the week's booked moves and equipment assignments, calculates available capacity by lane, logs the results to a Google Sheet, and posts a lane capacity summary to Slack so sales and dispatch have a clear picture of what can take new loads.

In short

How do I automatically get a weekly lane capacity report for heavy haul and oversize moves?

WebRun opens ProMiles every Monday, reads the week's booked moves and equipment assignments for each lane, and calculates open versus committed capacity. It logs the results to Google Sheets and posts a lane capacity digest to Slack so your sales team can quote confidently and dispatch knows where constraints exist before the week begins.

  • Sales team knows which lanes to quote on every Monday morning
  • Dispatch sees capacity constraints before the week begins
  • Lane utilization trend data accumulates in Google Sheets over time

Built for heavy haul carriers · freight sales teams · transport dispatchers · ops planning managers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it automatically accept or commit to new load bookings?

No. WebRun reports available capacity only. All load acceptance, quoting, and commitment decisions remain with your sales and dispatch teams.

How does it define a lane?

By default it groups moves by origin and destination state pair. During setup you can define lanes by corridor, customer account, or any grouping that matches how your team thinks about capacity.

What if equipment availability changes during the week?

The digest is a Monday morning snapshot based on ProMiles data at the time of the run. For real-time updates, you can schedule additional runs on Wednesday or Thursday to track mid-week changes.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
