Questions, answered

Will it send follow-up emails to corporate contacts without my approval?

No. WebRun saves every follow-up as a Gmail draft and posts a Slack summary for your team to review. Nothing is sent until a staff member opens Gmail and approves each email, keeping all outbound communication in human hands.

How do I track which inquiries have been followed up?

WebRun reads the last contact date from your Google Sheets inquiry log. After a follow-up is sent, update the date and status in the sheet and WebRun will exclude that lead from future runs automatically.

Can it handle inquiries for different group sizes and room combinations?

Yes. Each draft email is personalised using the group size and requirements you have logged in Google Sheets, so the message references the right package options rather than sending a generic corporate pitch.
